Defining a privacy-respectful business model for digital engagement

At the MyData 2016 conference in Helsinki, long-term PD&TN member organisation Krowdthink was asked to contribute to the session on Trust. Krowdthink presented the idea that companies need to demonstrate to be trustworthy, rather than to seek trust from individuals. They presented a model for how companies should approach this challenge and opportunity.
